Michael Jackson died!!! onli know it in the gym today morning cause the tv was screening channel news asia. lol. vito still thought Michael Jackson got new album. lol. damn shocking la! but i dun really feel a single thing sia. lol.like die jui die lor. not my business sia. but nevertheless!! he is an all star singer who did a marvellous job in his career. *a minute of silent*

went gym-ing running and swimming today! haha. ya. trying to exhuast myself once again. swimming is damn fun la~! we two ,old boys, keep going for the slide like some young boys. but it is really fun la!! omg!! the waves pool is even more awesome la! haha love it when the waves splash onto me. woohoo!!hmm. when shall be the next time we go swimming man.

oh yes!! i am starting to develop finger boobies! haha!! my two hand together got 16 boobies!! wow. (if u ppl gym without using gloves, u will noe wat i am toking abt) haha! actually it is more like tumor la! haha! so rock hard!! lol
