alright la~!!blogger is finaly back to its original form.
better start blogging before i need to type the whole page of things


today didn't go for training
cause body was aching like mad(like any-time will cramp that kind)
decided to go gym with junwei, marvin and lance
suan enough, gym was under some kind of repairing
went marvin's Mansion instead. (damn big!!)
his 3 dogs damn cute la!!
had dinner there
one of the dog attempt to hump the other one
his mum straight away say they gay. haha! cause all male.

took class photos while waiting for the BMGT lecture to starts




Wednesday
gym with shuan after lesson.
he taught me many ways to train diff parts
makes training more interesting!
homed with shuqin when we happened to see an car accident
little school boy dashed across the road and got knocked down
impact was so great that the left mirror actually came off ~ OUCH-ED
shuqin looks so shocked and pale la
so worrying la!!!
walked her home, like super far cause she dun wan to take the second bus >.<



Tuesday
training as usual campus run was damn fast
did heavy weights and medicine ball. lol
the ball is like freaking heavy la
shuan and i had hard time trying to pass it
think i hurt my back while doing military press =.=
punishment part was like totally sian la.
i was like the last guy who raise his hand to say he cannot take it anymore
then james fed up and scolded us make it like all because of me sia T.T
hand was like chao ta cause warm up that time, the ground was like burning hot!!


monday
chiong PBL 2 like nobody business.


sunday
rotted at home like for the whole day!
my family ps me and went the new shopping centre in town
cause car not enough seat
thx to shuqin la.
accompanied me the whole day^^
if not sure rot until nth left. not even a single trace


saturday
went rowing
yinghao and i was the pacer.
pacer actually damn fun sia.
cause we get to see each other every moment and might just 出电. lol
but serious damn tiring.
went Aston to have lunch.
wait for the food like super duper long la!!! zzz
but food was quite nice la.
homed with kok wan.
we two like standing in the bus, falling asleep la~! really exhuasted sia!
